Disaster in Haiti

United Methodists have a strong relationship with the Methodist Church of Haiti. Because Haiti is one of the most densely populated, least developed and poorest countries in the Western hemisphere, the United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR) opened a Haiti field office in 2005 to address these ongoing challenges.

The needs are even greater now. during this extended relief and reconstruction period, please remember the people of Haiti in your prayers and please give generously to the UMCOR Advance Special #418325 (Haiti Relief Efforts). 100% of all funds given through the Advance go directly to the designated ministry.
